Our success as a company depends on our shoppers maintaining complete anonymity. By signing this agreement you authorize us the right to pursue legal damages in the event that you disclose your relationship with us to a merchant.
To ensure SecretBuyer.net contractors are upholding the terms and conditions to act as a SecretBuyer.net online mystery shopper representatives from Matrix Management Group conduct regular tests on its members to ensure that they are not disclosing their shopper status.
As a SecretBuyer.net contractor it is your responsibility to give the appearance of an actual customer at all times.
Even if asked directly by a merchant if you are a shopper, or have been incentivised in any way to purchase or request information, you must answer “No” and that you found their service through their own advertising.
Our client’s privacy is our number one priority in delivering accurate data to them. We as a company are responsible to provide this anonymous service, and any disclosure by one of our shoppers is a breach of contract and will be immediately terminated from participating as a SecretBuyer.net contractor. Additionally, any loss of revenue incurred by SecretBuyer.net resulting by the actions of a contractor who discloses their relationship with SecretBuyer.net will be subject to legal action.
I (the undersigned) agree that I will never for any reason disclose to a merchant or third party representative that I am an agent of SecretBuyer.net or have been incentivised in any way to become a customer.
